FETC 2020 – Bienvenidos a Miami!

17 Jan

FETC 2020: What an incredible week of learning and networking at the Miami Beach Convention Center!

After presenting 10 times – 5 workshops & 5 sessions – over 4 days, I am both exhilarated and exhausted. But there is nothing more rewarding than spending time supporting educators and educational leaders in the important work they do every day, so I am grateful to have been a featured speaker at FETC again this year…. and I look forward to being a part of this conference for many years to come!

ISTE in Philly is Back Again

21 Jun

It’s long overdue, but now Philly’s slammin’. And it’s because as many as 20,000 educators are descending upon the Pennsylvania Convention Center for the 2019 ISTE Conference and Expo.

I arrived tonight to stunning views of the city — a bird’s eye view, giving us a bit of calm before educators take this town by storm.

And I am excited. I am excited to learn. Excited to present 5 sessions. Excited to spend time with passionate educators both that I’ve known for years… and that I will cross paths with for the first time as our shared interests draw us into the same session or booth or event or conversation or coffee break (or even bar across the street to sneak in a bit of Women’s World Cup).

I am excited.

So, I hope see you at the conference (or at least on Twitter via @NancyeBlackEdu or using the #ISTE19 hashtag)….. and that ISTE 2019 greets you with a jet black Benz, plenty of friends, and all the Philly steaks you can eat.

Cheers!

See session details on my ISTE presenter page.
